Terms of Use


As our name suggests ordering is as simple as ABC. We accept all major credit & debit cards as well as cheques. We will however only despatch goods from cleared funds unless a credit agreement has been made. All credit accounts must be paid in full within 30 days of invoice; otherwise appropriate legal action will be taken to obtain the funds.

Deliveries to UK mainland addresses are next day if placed before 3pm subject to stock availability. Deliveries to offshore islands, Northern Ireland and European countries are usually 2-3 days and will be confirmed upon your order. If we are out of stock we will notify you of the expected delivery time, giving you the opportunity to cancel.

Goods should be inspected and damages or discrepancies be reported to ABC within 3 working days via telephone, email or online.

If nobody is available to sign for the order, a card will be left and you can arrange a suitable time for delivery. If the redelivery attempt is unsuccessful, the goods may be returned to our warehouse. If the order needs to be resent from our warehouse, additional carriage charges will apply and be confirmed before the parcel is resent.

Site Security

Sensitive data - namely credit/debit card details - entered on the ABC Toner Cartridges website is captured securely through 128 bit encryption ensuring complete peace of mind when placing orders through our web site.

Your personal details are stored on our server for our internal use only and consequently we will not distribute them to third parties. We actively pursue ‘non-spamming’ policies and do not advertise through emails unless we have your prior permission.

Several security measures are in place both internally and externally to prevent fraudulent purchases.


ABC Toner Cartridges guarantee complete satisfaction with our compatible product range. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us for the returns procedure. Empty products however will not be accepted.

Damaged Items & Discrepancies

Damaged goods or discrepancies must be reported to ABC within 3 working days of delivery via telephone, email or online. ABC will then advise on the course of action.

Faulty Products

Faulty goods should be reported to ABC Toner Cartridges within 1 year of purchase. ABC will then advise on the course of action.

Special Products / By Request only

We are unable to cancel or refund items listed on our website as "Special Products" or "By Request Only". This does not affect your statutory rights.

Ordering Spare Parts

When ordering products which are not consumables - that is spare parts, its is important to order with reference to the OEM code as defined by the manufacturer. Often, manufacturers will produce machines for different markets (US/European) and will contain spare parts which are incompatible to other machines with the same model number on the front. It is also possible that one machine may be badged incorrectly on the outside and contain the insides of another model. We cannot therefore be held responsible for ordering errors in these cases.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation of orders which are in stock may not be possible although we will try our best upon receiving your request. If an item on your order is out of stock we will inform you via email or telephone and ask you how you wish to proceed. This excludes items labelled "Special Products" or "By Request only", as mentioned above.

If items on your order are out of stock you have the choice of cancelling them. Cancelled items will be refunded in full.

Returns Policy

With items that are ordered in error or are no longer required, they can be sent back to ABC within 7 working days for a refund. Returned goods will only be accepted back with an authorised returns number. Consumer orders will receive a full refund subject to conditions being met below. Business-to-Business orders may incur courier costs and a handling fee of up to 25% taken off the refund, also subject to conditions being met below.

If you contact us more than 7 days after delivery, we may be able to accept the goods back but not necessarily at full-credit value.

Products ordered in error which have been opened may not be accepted back for a refund. This includes items ordered for incorrectly labelled machines. Any products found to be used which are not faulty will be charged in full to the customer.

Returned items must be placed in an outer box with sufficient protective packaging (as delivered) and sent recorded delivery. If the product box is damaged or defaced (e.g. through courier labels or sticky tape), we may only be able to offer a partial refund, if any.

Refused Deliveries

Refused deliveries which are returned to our warehouse will incur a £15 +VAT fee which will be deducted from any refund or credit.
